Financial Services Strategy Analyst – Payments

📋 Description

• Provide assistance in the design, implementation, and assessment of digital payment strategies and initiatives.

• Conduct research and analyze data to bolster strategic and policy outcomes.

• Aid in stakeholder engagement and contribute to project deliverables under the guidance of senior team members.

• Perform data management tasks, including cleaning, processing, and structuring large and intricate financial, payment, and market datasets.

• Support the creation and execution of financial and market models using Excel.

• Develop data visualizations, charts, and maps for client reports and presentations.

• Execute quantitative analysis for policy briefs, technical reports, and strategic suggestions regarding payment systems and digital finance.

• Assist senior consultants with research and analysis on payment innovations, digital financial services, and regulatory assessments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.

• 1–3 years of pertinent consulting experience, including internships.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex data management and analysis tasks.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a thorough approach to data and analysis.

• Strong and demonstrable interest in payment systems, digital finance, and digital financial inclusion.

• Motivated, passionate problem-solver exhibiting integrity and ethical behavior.

• Analytical thinker with an outstanding academic background.
