📋 Description

• Providing leadership for both multi-pillar and single-pillar Oracle transformation projects

• Collaborating with executives to identify and address business challenges

• Ensuring that program goals are achieved throughout the project lifecycle

• Preparing and leading discussions at the executive level

• Serving as a Subject Matter Expert for Services

• Responsible for expanding relationships with existing clients

• Generating sales by engaging in opportunities for new client acquisition

• Playing a significant role in mentoring and training junior professionals

• Offering industry-specific insights and guidance in ERP and Supply Chain

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with over 10 years of experience in Oracle or comparable technology

• Minimum of 2 years overseeing and/or managing technology implementation programs

• At least 7 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry vertical

• Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

• Exceptional business consulting experience

• Strong combination of technical and business acumen

• Demonstrated project management capabilities

• Experience acting as a liaison between business and IT stakeholders

• Competence in driving and facilitating meetings

• Willingness to mentor junior staff members
