This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Analyze, prepare, and offer recommendations for the RFS pre-forecast and close forecast, including presentations to RFS leadership.
• Engage in the Long-Range Planning (LRP) process, which encompasses the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
• Organize planning calendars, consolidate bottom-up inputs, and assist in reviews with Program Area Directors.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on planning, forecasting, market analysis, growth analysis, as well as risk and opportunity assessments.
• Develop and sustain financial reports, templates, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and variance analysis.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies and reporting challenges.
• Utilize Analysis for Office, Microsoft Excel, and business systems to analyze financial data and generate reports.
• Assist in financial reporting and forecasting activities in accordance with established reporting timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Analysis for Office (AO).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with RPLAN, SAP Business Systems, SAP BW Toolset, or comparable business systems.
• Background in financial forecasting, reporting, and data analysis.
• U.S. citizenship is required to access the financial management system in accordance with government contractual obligations.
• Preferred experience with Power Query.
• Preferred experience in developing BI dashboards, reports, and automating reporting.
• Previous Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) experience is preferred.
• Experience in preparing and presenting to leadership, customers, or internal stakeholders is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet set deadlines is preferred.
• Experience in creating financial reporting templates and dashboards is preferred.
