Financial Planning & Analysis Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Provide financial guidance and strategic business collaboration to the U.S. Supply Chain Organization, Innovation Center, and Corporate Functions.

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning efforts.

• Act as the main finance partner for Supply Chain, Innovation Center, and Corporate Functions.

• Provide financial insights, scenario analyses, and recommendations to facilitate business decisions.

• Conduct monthly and quarterly performance reviews, including reporting on KPIs, operating expenses, and financial outcomes.

• Create and sustain financial models to evaluate operational initiatives, investments, and profitability.

• Ensure synchronization with Corporate Finance regarding forecasts, budgets, reporting standards, and governance.

• Propel enhancements in financial processes, systems, automation, and reporting capabilities.

• Assist with strategic initiatives, business development activities, and ad hoc financial analyses.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline (MBA or advanced degree preferred).

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance, or a similar business partnering role.

• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and KPI analysis.

• Advanced English skills; intermediate Spanish is preferred.

• Experience with financial planning systems and advanced BI tools is advantageous.

• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA are preferred.

• Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering abilities across cross-functional teams.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%, including trips to the Costa Rica HQ.
