Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver strategic and operational financial guidance to the Finance team through comprehensive financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and modeling.

• Oversee consolidated financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting functions.

• Create and maintain financial models that facilitate business decisions, investment evaluations, and profitability strategies.

• Collaborate with Finance leadership to provide financial insights, conduct scenario analyses, and offer recommendations.

• Assist in monthly and quarterly business reviews by providing KPI, revenue, margin, and expense reports.

• Ensure consistency and precision in financial reporting and planning processes.

• Promote continuous enhancement of financial systems, tools, automation, and reporting capabilities.

• Aid in strategic projects, cross-functional initiatives, and ad hoc financial analyses.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA is advantageous).

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A or related finance positions.

• Excellent financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management abilities.

• Proficient in English; intermediate Spanish is preferred.

• Familiarity with financial planning systems and BI tools is advantageous.

• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA are highly regarded.

• Background in medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences is preferred.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%, including trips to the Costa Rica headquarters.
