Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Prepare and update recurring financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses to effectively communicate business performance, trends, and critical insights to management and senior leadership.

• Analyze financial and operational trends, such as expense performance, budget variances, and other significant business metrics.

• Develop, maintain, and improve annual budget and long-term financial planning models that support Technology, Operations, and other business units.

• Assist in the expense budgeting and workforce/headcount planning processes.

• Conduct financial analysis and ad hoc modeling to aid in business cases, investment decisions, product launches, and strategic initiatives.

• Oversee and maintain essential forecasting inputs, including depreciation, amortization, and other financial planning assumptions.

• Review and monitor purchase requisition (PR) and purchase order (PO) submissions for financial accuracy and compliance with approval processes.

• Create presentation materials, charts, and executive-level reports for leadership meetings and business reviews.

• Assist with internal and external audit requests by gathering and verifying necessary financial information and documentation.

• Foster effective working relationships across Finance and business partner teams to enhance collaboration and informed decision-making.

• Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, a related field, or equivalent work experience.

• 2 – 4 years of experience in progressive finance and/or accounting positions.

• Background in Financial Services preferred.

• Experience in financial modeling is required.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is required.

• SAP experience is preferred.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills are essential.
