• Conduct audits of accounts, perform reconciliation tasks, and oversee revenue recognition initiatives.
• Oversee and facilitate comprehensive billing procedures and payment methods.
• Manage invoicing processes and monitor payment receipts and account conditions.
• Assist in vendor management and procurement activities involving both internal and external partners.
• Support financial operations associated with procurement, expense oversight, and payment processing systems.
• Provide operational support and assistance related to vendor systems, invoicing platforms, purchasing tools, and payment inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in finance, operations, procurement, accounting, and technology.
• Ensure precision, compliance, and operational effectiveness throughout financial workflows and reporting mechanisms.
• Recognize and implement opportunities for process enhancements and operational efficiencies.
• Uphold thorough documentation, reporting, and organizational standards within enterprise systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of experience in financial operations, management, or accounting-related roles.
• Extensive experience in revenue recognition, account reconciliation, invoicing, payment administration, vendor management, and purchasing activities.
• Familiarity with enterprise ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
• Proficient in using Coupa for invoicing and expense management functions.
• Experience with the ServiceNow platform is advantageous.
• Strong executive presence and effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Outstanding organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Capability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic enterprise environment.
• Experience in technology, broadband, telecommunications, or other large-scale enterprise settings is preferred.
