This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Support staff and/or clients in assessing eligibility for funding sources for clients lacking one.
• Assist or facilitate connections to resources for State entitlement or Marketplace applications.
• Track and report regional metrics related to the Private Pay financial class.
• Monitor and provide monthly updates on regional counts of Reduced Rate, HIP, Private Pay, HPE, and Client Assistance payers.
• Organize regional-office resources to assist clients in completing funding-source applications.
• Educate staff regarding funding requirements.
• Travel to regional offices to deliver onsite funding-qualification information to clients and staff.
• Oversee adjustment metrics and maintain organizational financial-class counts within acceptable limits.
• Collaborate with Support Services and Clinical staff to coordinate client funding sources.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• One to three years of relevant experience is preferred.
• No certification or licensure is required.
• Strong written, verbal, in-person, and virtual communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy is necessary.
• Familiarity with Excel, Outlook, Zoom, and Skype is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent critical thinking abilities.
• Capability to perform tasks involving standing, sitting, driving, and occasional squatting, kneeling, lifting, and bending.
