Financial Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the company's budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting activities.

• Create, oversee, and deliver P&L, balance sheet, and financial performance reports to the management board.

• Track essential financial indicators, focusing particularly on working capital, profitability, margins, and liquidity.

• Actively identify financial risks, performance shortfalls, and areas for enhancement.

• Evaluate sales performance, cost structure, and business profitability to aid strategic decision-making.

• Guarantee the accuracy, consistency, and quality of financial reporting.

• Collaborate closely with leadership to assist in business planning and financial decision-making.

• Continuously enhance financial processes, reporting standards, and internal controls.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management, FP&A, Finance Manager, or a comparable position.

• Demonstrated success in managing a company's finance operations, including budgeting, financial planning, control, and reporting.

• Experience collaborating directly with executive leadership and presenting financial performance to the management board.

• Strong knowledge of P&L, balance sheets, cash flow, and working capital management.

• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• High degree of ownership, accountability, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capacity to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced business environment.
