Financial Management Academic Developer, Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Work alongside our curriculum and instructional design team to guarantee the delivery of high-quality, industry-relevant educational experiences.

• Serve as Academic Developers, Assessors, Moderators, and Critical Readers on a contractual basis.

• Assist in the creation and quality assurance of teaching and learning materials across various Financial Management modules.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Master's degree in Finance, Financial Management, Investment Management, Economics, Accounting, or a closely related discipline.

• Demonstrated industry experience in financial management, corporate finance, treasury, investment analysis, banking, financial markets, or risk management.

• Background in curriculum development, academic writing, assessment design, or training within higher education or professional learning contexts.

• Strong skills in quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and the ability to simplify complex financial concepts into easily understandable learning materials.

• Familiarity with financial analysis tools, spreadsheet modeling, or financial software is a plus.

• Capacity to collaborate effectively with an instructional designer and academic team while adhering to structured development timelines.

• Availability for contract-based work (remote).
