This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Assess and oversee transactions to detect potential suspicious activities.
• Confirm client identities and evaluate relationships with financial institutions for KYC purposes.
• Analyze and implement client-operating policies concerning financial data.
• Detect data anomalies and warning signs related to money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, and sanctions infringements.
• Forward findings for secondary review.
• Compose clear and succinct reports detailing findings and recommendations.
• Utilize basic Excel functions along with Microsoft and internet applications for analytical purposes.
• Follow specified timelines and procedures.
• Submit written deliverables for internal quality-control assessment and adjust based on feedback.
• Achieve production and quality benchmarks while working in collaboration with a team.
• Ensure adherence to federal and state laws, regulations, company policies, and client AML requirements.
• Complete company-provided virtual training within the first three weeks.
• A completed bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• No previous experience is necessary.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, coupled with a quick learning aptitude.
• Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and solid organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with other Office tools is advantageous.
• Capacity to work independently, adapt to feedback, and recognize process improvements.
• Advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, filtering, sorting) and robust research abilities are a plus.
• Must work from a designated home address and workspace.
• Availability required Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST during the initial three weeks.
• Availability required Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time after training.

• $42,000 salary following the initial 90-day probationary period, contingent upon meeting performance expectations.
