This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.
• Assess and analyze transactions to detect potential suspicious activities.
• Confirm client identities and evaluate their relationships with financial institutions for KYC compliance.
• Understand and apply client-operating policies related to financial information.
• Detect data anomalies and warning signs associated with money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, and violations of sanctions.
• Raise suspicious findings for further review by higher-level management.
• Prepare clear and concise reports that summarize findings and provide recommendations.
• Employ basic Excel functions alongside Microsoft applications and internet tools for analysis.
• Follow established timelines and procedures diligently.
• Submit written deliverables for internal quality control review and implement necessary revisions.
• Achieve production and quality objectives while working collaboratively with the team.
• Ensure adherence to federal and state laws, regulations, company policies, and client AML requirements.
• A completed bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to learn swiftly.
• An analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with familiarity in other Office applications.
• Capability to work independently, adjust to feedback, and recognize opportunities for process enhancement.
• Advanced skills in Excel (including pivot tables, filtering, and sorting) as well as strong research abilities are advantageous.
• Must work from a designated home address and workspace.
• Availability from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM EST during the initial three weeks is required.
• After training, must be available Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
