This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
• Review and assess transactions to detect potential suspicious behavior.
• Confirm client identities and evaluate relationships with financial institutions for KYC purposes.
• Analyze and apply client-operating policies regarding financial data.
• Detect data anomalies and warning signs related to money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, and sanctions breaches, escalating them for advanced review.
• Compose clear and concise reports that summarize findings and recommendations.
• Utilize basic Excel functions along with Microsoft and internet applications for data analysis.
• Follow established timelines and procedures to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Provide written work products for internal quality control assessment and make necessary modifications based on feedback.
• Achieve production and quality benchmarks while working collaboratively in a team-focused environment.
• Ensure adherence to federal and state laws, regulations, company policies, and client AML requirements.
• Complete mandatory virtual training from home during the initial three weeks, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST.
• A completed bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• No previous experience is necessary.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a capacity for rapid learning.
• An analytical mindset accompanied by attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with other Office applications is beneficial.
• Capability to work autonomously, adapt to feedback, and identify opportunities for process enhancement.
• Advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, filtering, and sorting) along with robust research abilities are advantageous.
• Must not require employment immigration sponsorship or support, including CPT, OPT, STEM OPT, F-1, H-1B, H-1B cap registration, O-1, E-3, TN status, or I-485 job portability.
