This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Review and oversee transactions to detect potential suspicious activities.
• Confirm client identities and evaluate their relationships with financial institutions for KYC purposes.
• Analyze and implement client-operating policies related to financial data.
• Detect data anomalies and warning signs for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, and sanctions violations.
• Elevate identified concerns for secondary review.
• Compose clear and concise reports detailing findings and recommendations.
• Utilize basic Excel functions along with Microsoft and internet applications for analysis.
• Follow specified timelines and procedures meticulously.
• Submit written outputs to internal quality control teams and make necessary adjustments based on their feedback.
• Achieve production and quality benchmarks while working collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
• Ensure adherence to federal and state laws, regulations, company policies, and client AML requirements.
• A completed bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with a quick learning ability.
• An analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with other Office applications is advantageous.
• Capability to work independently, adjust to feedback, and pinpoint process enhancements.
• Advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, filtering, and sorting) and strong research skills are preferred.
• Must operate from the designated home address and workspace.
• Must be available Monday through Friday during required training hours and core hours.
• Must not require employment immigration sponsorship or support, including CPT, OPT, STEM OPT, F-1, H-1B, H-1B cap registration, O-1, E-3, TN status, or 1-485 job portability.
• $42,000 salary following the initial 90-day probationary period, contingent upon meeting performance expectations.
