• Military veteran or spouse

• Possession of a valid state life insurance license, or willingness to acquire one with employer assistance

• Successful completion of a background check

• Established reputation for integrity and dependability

• Capacity to dedicate 5–10 hours each week

• Expertise in financial consulting and client advisory

• Ability to remain updated on industry regulations and best practices
