• A valid state life insurance license, or a willingness to obtain one with company assistance.

• Successful completion of a background check.

• Relevant experience along with a drive to succeed.

• Openness to learning new concepts.

• Availability to dedicate 5–10 hours per week.

• Capability to work remotely.

• Proficiency in educating clients, presenting financial solutions, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
