Financial Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist the Student Success team with billing-related tasks (collections, payment status, clarification, and generation of Invoices), while monitoring and addressing internal tickets.

• Ensure effective communication and comprehension of existing financial policies and procedures.

• Serve as the liaison among departments involved in the Revenue Cycle (Finance and Technology).

• Aid in the monthly closing process, which includes verification of Revenue and Receivables data.

• Generate supporting reports for the Accounting and External Audit teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in financial processes (Billing, Accounts Receivable, or Receivables Reconciliation).

• Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Capable of independently identifying solutions and enhancing processes.

• Ability to adjust to new environments.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills for cross-departmental interaction.

• Preferred: knowledge of SQL/Python.

• Preferred: experience in initiatives/projects related to Digital Transformation.
