Financial Analyst – Submission Review

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assess submissions from organizations undergoing evaluations of financial viability

• Validate organizational details against information provided by customers

• Ensure that all inquiries are thoroughly and accurately answered, with supporting documentation being precise and well-formatted

• Confirm that information is up-to-date and submitted within acceptable deadlines

• Review and reconcile financial data, including entity names, reporting periods, and the completeness of financial statements along with supporting notes and reports

• Analyze notes from financial statements, accountant statements, and auditor reports to gain an understanding of the financial documents

• Verify Balance Sheet reconciliations, figures, income, expenses, and accounts across different periods

• Clearly and concisely highlight any concerns and key points for assessment

• Uphold high standards of accuracy and quality control

• Extract relevant pages from financial statements, uploading and mapping financial information to the digital platform

• Ensure the digitization and accurate capture of numbers and line items

• Map income, expenses, assets, liabilities, and equity accounts to the appropriate assessment fields

• Fill out a Google Sheet for uploading to the platform

• Utilize knowledge of Australian Financial Statements, Corporate Structures, and the assessment process

• Solicit clarifications and additional information from evaluated entities and customers

• Engage with external accountants, internal accounting teams, financial managers, CFOs, company directors, and administrators through email

• Relay pertinent information, concerns, and issues to the Analyst Team

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting

• Preferred experience in reviewing UK Financial Statements or related documentation

• Preferred background in Quality Assurance Processes
