Financial Analyst – Registration and Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance with Registration and Operations, Financial Clearance, and Authorization workflows by delivering operational, reporting, and system workflow support.

• Create, maintain, and distribute operational reports, work queues, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses.

• Analyze operational data to uncover trends, workflow deficiencies, and areas that need leadership focus.

• Diagnose operational workflow challenges and address concerns regarding Epic system functionality.

• Act as a primary liaison among different departments and external partners.

• Support the creation of reports, data validation, issue tracking, and KPI reporting.

• Offer additional operational and administrative assistance to department leadership as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field is mandatory.

• At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis, administration, financial auditing, accounting, or a comparable area is strongly preferred.

• Experience with Epic is highly desired.
