This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary finance partner for Product & Engineering leadership by assessing unit-level economics, engineering headcount, and investment KPIs.
• Generate monthly and quarterly management reports, analyze financial performance, monitor trends, and communicate risks and insights to senior leadership.
• Utilize Pigment and Claude AI for data analysis, reporting, scenario modeling, and automating finance workflows.
• Conduct ad-hoc evaluations of business cases and scenario analyses for technology projects and investment decisions.
• Collaborate with Accounting during the month-end close process, complete variance analysis, and assist with R&D financial reporting.
• Develop business relationships across various management levels to support the scaling of the company’s revenue platform.
• Acquire knowledge and provide support in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial processes.
• Lead month-end close reporting and variance analysis for designated groups.
• Deliver analytical support for strategic and operational decision-making.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, monthly financial reporting, and long-range planning for assigned groups.
• Contribute to company-wide strategic planning while identifying risks, opportunities, and organizational impacts downstream.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in FP&A, Sales Operations, or quantitative financial analysis in a high-growth tech or B2B SaaS setting.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for financial modeling.
• Practical experience with contemporary FP&A platforms, particularly Pigment.
• Familiarity with using AI tools like Claude AI to enhance analytical productivity.
• Exposure to or a strong interest in R&D and technology finance, including planning for engineering headcount, cloud infrastructure expenses, or software capitalization.
• Strong analytical abilities and a quick learning aptitude for new systems and workflows.
