Financial Analyst, New Grad

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

• Analyze financial outcomes for essential products, markets, and initiatives.

• Assist in crafting engaging narratives to enhance client understanding.

• Create impactful presentations for small groups.

• Deliver accurate and timely reports containing financial insights to aid business partners in enhancing performance.

• Utilize comprehensive, data-driven, and forward-looking analyses to motivate and influence actions within finance and business partner teams.

• Recognize emerging challenges and support the implementation of strategies.

• Prepare and assist in developing narratives for financial updates.

• Identify key factors, assess impacts, and forecast implications for the business.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.

• Leadership experience gained through extracurricular activities, community engagement, or professional settings.

• Strong analytical skills to gather information, identify patterns, and derive insights and conclusions.

• Effective oral and written communication skills for collaboration across the organization.

• Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles.

• Candidates may be based anywhere in the U.S., with preference for those located near hub cities (Chicago, IL or Dallas, TX).

• Eligible graduation dates: December 2026 or May–June 2027.

• Start date options: January 2027 or July 2027.

• Background investigation required.
