This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary, +1 more state.
• Assist in the forecasting processes for Revenue, Bookings, Price, and OpEx for LCD and the wider LPG EMEA.
• Take the lead in financial preparation and contribute to weekly Commercial Pulse discussions and monthly/quarterly business reviews.
• Collaborate with Commercial Leaders to pinpoint risks and opportunities while driving corrective measures.
• Develop and sustain leading indicators to foresee performance discrepancies.
• Aid in the preparation of the Annual Operating Plan, target cascade, STRAP, and multi-year planning.
• Offer financial assistance for Channel and Key Account initiatives, including rebate, incentive, and promotional programs.
• Assess the performance and ROI of commercial programs and influence decisions for optimization.
• Construct scenario models and provide ad-hoc analyses for discussions with leadership.
• Serve as a backup for Selling OpEx control activities, including accrual validation and variance analysis.
• Support workforce planning utilizing Workday / Workforce module.
• Assist in the implementation of scalable OpEx reporting tools and dashboards.
• Contribute to the automation of reporting, dashboard development, and enhancements to processes.
• Utilize advanced analytics and AI tools to boost productivity and insight generation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Division Finance stakeholders across EMEA.
• Present financial insights and recommendations during regional review forums.
• Build relationships with remote stakeholders and exert influence within a matrix organization.
• Ensure continuity in reporting and facilitate cross-training within the FP&A team.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of progressive analytical experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills, including proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and relational databases.
• Experience with financial reporting systems such as Power BI, Cognos, CMR, PLN, SPoT, or equivalents.
• Preferred experience in commercial finance within a multi-entity, international setting.
• Capability to synthesize complex data into concise, actionable insights.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable interacting with Commercial Leaders.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders in a remote, matrixed environment.
• Fluent in English, required.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% if necessary.
• MBA is a plus.
• Proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
