Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development of the operating plan, long-term corporate financial model, and ongoing forecast using Adaptive Insights.

• Generate monthly and quarterly management reports, evaluate financial outcomes and trends, identify business risks, and convey essential insights to senior management.

• Conduct ad-hoc analyses for business cases and scenarios related to strategic initiatives.

• Collaborate with various teams to evaluate unit-level economics and key performance indicators for go-to-market teams and the organization.

• Provide support to accounting during month-end closing and variance analysis processes.

• Act as an FP&A business partner and reliable advisor to designated groups.

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and long-term planning for assigned groups.

• Participate in company-wide strategic planning and pinpoint areas of risk and opportunity.

• 2 to 3 years of experience in FP&A or Sales Operations.

• Quick learner with the ability to master new systems efficiently.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.

• Background in high-growth companies and comfort in fast-paced teams with evolving priorities.

• Capability to solve problems independently and flexibly.

• Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

• Familiarity with Adaptive Insights is advantageous.

• Ability to work autonomously, adapt, and pursue continuous learning.
