Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee communication and foster relationships with payment providers, ensuring adherence to established agreements.

• Evaluate exchange rates, fees, and contract conditions to uncover potential cost-saving opportunities.

• Supervise and manage the company's account balances across different payment platforms.

• Regulate provider expenses, fees, exchange rates, and rolling reserves against internal standards.

• Guarantee timely processing of player payouts and company withdrawals.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to payments.

• Reconcile transaction volumes with provider statements and investigate any discrepancies.

• Maintain and revise documentation pertaining to payment processes.

• Transform financial insights into actionable recommendations for process improvements and cost reductions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance, finance operations, payment operations, reconciliation, or financial analysis.

• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets with experience handling large data sets.

• Background in financial data reconciliation, balance management, provider statements, transaction volumes, or routine financial reporting.

• Familiarity with basic financial processes, cost management, and accounting principles.

• Capability to identify inconsistencies in financial data, explore root causes, and propose solutions.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a sense of ownership.

• Ability to work autonomously, juggle multiple tasks, and adapt swiftly to changes.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

• Intermediate or higher proficiency in English for written communication.

• Nice to have: Experience with PSPs, payment providers, banks, or fintech products.

• Nice to have: Background in iGaming, fintech, e-commerce, or retail.

• Nice to have: Experience with rolling reserves, commissions, fees, exchange rates, or payment cost analysis.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with Tableau or other business intelligence tools.

• Nice to have: Basic knowledge of SQL.
