This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Execute intricate financial analyses that support equity planning, physician partnerships, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Develop comprehensive financial models and assess extensive datasets to gauge financial performance and pinpoint potential opportunities.
• Draft and present financial analyses, memoranda, and presentations to management, senior leadership, and equity stakeholders.
• Ensure the accuracy of equity records and assist in equity administration.
• Prepare or review financial statements and schedules.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Engage in communication with Investor Relations and equity stakeholders.
• Address daily equity-related inquiries.
• 2–4+ years of pertinent professional experience, preferably in investment banking, management consulting, corporate finance, corporate development, or strategy.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Understanding of contracts, as well as legal and financial principles to aid business and equity-related projects.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Outlook.
