Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Offers pricing assistance for new RFPs and task orders.

• Responsible for monitoring and managing contracts and modifications for federal, state, and commercial agreements.

• Conducts research and analyzes market data to create cost and pricing strategies, pricing proposals, and supporting documentation.

• Collaborates with department leaders on pricing tactics.

• Contributes to the analysis for regular quarterly business reviews with clients.

• Provides reporting on contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Develops reports within the VMS and ATS based on requestor requirements.

• Creates presentations highlighting data trends that offer business insights.

• Analyzes pricing to maintain competitiveness in the market.

• Performs market research and gathers competitive intelligence to recommend pricing policies.

• Reviews and assesses RFPs to guide the pricing process.

• Prepares and develops pricing proposals with necessary supporting data and documentation.

• Understands both new and existing contracts to ensure ongoing contract management.

• Monitors and updates operational benchmarks to guarantee accurate future pricing.

• Executes additional duties as assigned to fulfill departmental or organizational needs.

• Manages company surveys and collaborates with other departments to analyze survey results and trends.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.

• Strong analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail.

• Adaptable to sudden changes in priorities and work assignments.

• Proficient research and computer skills, particularly with advanced Excel capabilities.

• High initiative and capability to meet deadlines.

• Ability to identify issues and opportunities, gather relevant information, and make effective decisions using sound judgment.

• Capable of independently managing multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced setting.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication, ability to collaborate effectively, and foster positive working relationships.

• Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) such as Fieldglass, Beeline, or PeopleFluent is preferred.

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Bullhorn, Healthsource, or Taleo is preferred.

• Experience with business intelligence software such as Power BI, Business Objects, or an equivalent is preferred.
