Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Create and implement data models utilizing object-oriented principles to fulfill business needs.

• Generate both external and internal reports / KPIs.

• Examine relational database structures and schemas to enhance reporting logic.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to collect and evaluate data requirements, translating them into commercial solutions.

• Perform data analysis using AI to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that aid in business decision-making.

• Build and sustain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate data findings to stakeholders.

• Maintain data quality and consistency through regular audits and validation procedures.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in data analysis and software development.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 2-5+ years of experience in a comparable role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Keen attention to detail with the ability to maintain focus throughout the workday.

• Capability to convert financial analysis into actionable recommendations.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• CPA or an equivalent international qualification would be a plus.
