Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance essential financial and operational reporting, initially concentrating on data accuracy and the promptness of reporting.

• Reconcile data between various systems and assist in establishing a unified source of truth for critical business metrics.

• Create and sustain reports related to revenue, expenses, SaaS KPIs, and overall business performance.

• Collaborate with the Finance team and cross-functional departments to address analytical inquiries and facilitate informed decision-making.

• Advance reporting into more in-depth analysis, forecasting, and planning as the business and data evolve.

• Assist in developing scalable processes and foundational structures that will expand alongside the company.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics.

• 1-3 years of experience as a financial analyst, in FP&A, or in a finance reporting position.

• Familiarity with B2B SaaS or subscription-based businesses.

• Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets.

• Knowledge of SaaS KPIs (ARR, churn, CAC, LTV).

• Comfortable managing reporting and analysis with minimal existing frameworks.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to clearly convey financial and analytical insights to non-finance stakeholders.
