This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in updating and maintaining the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) model of the company.
• Conduct monthly variance analyses (actuals versus plan) to pinpoint key drivers and actionable insights.
• Evaluate performance by analyzing essential business metrics such as revenue growth, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and margins.
• Collaborate with teams from Sales, Marketing, and Product to assess initiatives and enhance return on investment (ROI).
• Convert financial and operational data into clear insights and recommendations for the leadership team.
• Contribute to strategic projects including pricing strategies, cost optimization, and growth initiatives.
• Take responsibility for collecting, cleaning, and structuring data from various sources to ensure both accuracy and usability.
• Design and sustain scalable reporting frameworks, dashboards, and key performance indicator (KPI) tracking systems.
• Standardize routine reports and enhance the speed and quality of business insights.
• Identify opportunities for automation and streamline data workflows.
• Perform cohort analysis, retention tracking, and evaluation of unit economics.
• Supervise accounts payable processes to guarantee timely, accurate, and well-controlled expense management.
• Review and monitor the company's expenditures.
• Serve as a finance partner to various teams, offering data-driven support for both everyday and strategic decisions.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, economics, or accounting.
• Previous experience in corporate finance or FP&A is preferred but not mandatory. Recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
• Strong understanding of financial analysis techniques, financial modeling, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in Excel is required.
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, Power Query, and VBA is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret complex data and generate valuable insights.
• Solid grasp of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Capability to work with large datasets, perform quantitative analysis, and create dashboards.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, managing multiple priorities and adhering to deadlines.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively present financial information.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
