Financial Analysis Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee the management of corporate finance supervisors and/or associates.

• Create, interpret, and execute financial concepts for planning, forecasting, and modeling purposes.

• Coordinate and manage daily activities to meet corporate objectives.

• Support the development of the departmental operating budget and staffing responsibilities.

• Ensure alignment of accounting and finance processes with departmental and corporate goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 9 years of relevant work experience in a corporate Accounting/Finance role.

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience leading a team of accounting or finance professionals.

• Certification or progress towards CPA, CIA, or a similar qualification is encouraged.

• Familiarity with GAAP, FAS, tax regulations (both domestic and/or international), and Sarbanes-Oxley.

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.

• An MBA or graduate-level coursework is preferred.
