Financial Analysis Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee pharmacy pricing strategies to achieve contractual guarantee objectives.

• Evaluate provider contracts to ensure accurate implementation of pricing terms and guarantees.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on provider guarantee performance.

• Suggest pricing and system modifications to uphold contractual commitments.

• Maintain and improve the provider guarantees database and reporting tools.

• Collaborate with Contracting, Finance, Product, and Operations teams to assist in negotiations and performance inquiries.

• Conduct claims-based analyses to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.

• Identify and enact process improvement opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SQL experience is required.

• 3-5 years of experience in Financial Analysis or a related field.

• Show initiative with a strong commitment and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Proven capability to collaborate effectively in complex matrix organizations and agile teams.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with various matrix partners.

• Preferred knowledge of the PBM or Healthcare industry.
