This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with members by establishing trust and providing tailored financial solutions.
• Respond to member inquiries and deliver outstanding service through various channels including inbound calls, emails, chat, SMS, and video calls.
• Exhibit exceptional sales techniques along with strong negotiation skills and the capability to close deals effectively.
• Ensure a consistently excellent member experience by following established standards and guidelines.
• Take initiative in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities proactively.
• Assist members with technical inquiries or requests related to their online and mobile banking services.
• Engage in individual, Contact Centre, and corporate campaigns while maintaining adherence to call quality standards.
• A minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience with measurable targets, ideally in customer service or retail banking.
• High school diploma is required.
• Experience in a call center is considered a valuable asset.
• Post-secondary education in Finance or related fields is a valuable asset.
• Candidates with flexible schedules are preferred, as the role necessitates day, evening, and weekend shift commitments.
