We assist financial advisors in expanding their practices by facilitating qualified appointments with high-net-worth prospects. Our established video sales letter methodology has successfully generated over $45 billion in AUM pipeline for financial advisors nationwide.

• We operate with a performance-oriented approach. Our clients engage us to provide qualified appointments at a predetermined cost per appointment, ensuring target show rates and close rates that are beneficial for their practice. When we achieve these metrics, it results in a win-win situation. Currently, we are experiencing significant growth and are in search of a Senior Paid Media Strategist (also known as a Financial Advisor Marketing Specialist) who will manage their accounts comprehensively.

• **The Opportunity**

• This is not merely an execution role. You will be responsible for a portfolio of client accounts, conducting bi-weekly calls, overseeing campaign performance, crafting ad copy, and acting as the primary contact for your clients. You will be both the strategist and the executor. If you're looking to work behind a project manager and simply operate within Ads Manager, this position is not for you.

• You will report to the Associate Director of Operations and will have direct accountability for client retention and outcomes.

• **Role and Responsibilities**

• *Client Ownership*

• - Manage client accounts and act as the main point of contact

• - Conduct bi-weekly client calls to assess performance, discuss strategy, and agree on next steps

• - Send bi-weekly performance reports 24 hours in advance of scheduled calls

• - Foster trust and relationships that lead to renewals and referrals

• *Paid Media Execution*

• - Create, launch, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns aimed at lead generation and appointment setting

• - Oversee campaign budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative testing

• - Monitor daily performance and make necessary adjustments to meet cost per appointment goals

• - Address underperforming campaigns and devise intervention strategies

• *Copy and Creative Strategy*

• - Write ad copy and video sales letter scripts intended for financial services audiences

• - Develop hooks, angles, and variations in messaging for testing purposes

• - Collaborate with video editors on the production of creative materials

• - Utilize AI tools to expedite copywriting while ensuring quality

• *Technical Setup*

• - Configure tracking, pixels, and conversion events

• - Set up Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead routing systems

• - Resolve technical issues between advertising platforms and client systems

⛳️ Requirements

• *Required Experience*

• - 5+ years of experience in paid media, particularly Meta advertising

• - Experience in managing multiple client accounts simultaneously

• - Proven history of meeting performance targets and maintaining client relationships

• - Strong copywriting abilities with a knack for creating compelling ad copy and scripts

• - Familiarity with conversion tracking, pixels, and essential marketing automation tools

• *Preferred Experience*

• - Background in the financial services sector with an understanding of lead generation and appointment-setting campaigns

• - Knowledge of video sales letter marketing methodology

• - Experience with high-ticket, considered purchase funnels
