Finances Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Serve as the connection between the FP&A team at Eddyfi Technologies and the management of Remote Monitoring Systems.

• Facilitate and engage in the budgeting and forecasting processes alongside Sales, Innovation, and Operations Leaders.

• Analyze monthly results and deliver commentary on the financial performance of Remote Monitoring Systems.

• Leverage systems and data to generate analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Convert financial outcomes from analytics and KPIs into actionable business insights.

• Enhance comprehension of costing, margin performance, and pricing strategies.

• Compile and present financial results to the management of Remote Monitoring Systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is mandatory.

• At least 8 years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a relevant financial planning and analysis role, is essential.

• Preferred experience in manufacturing and product costing/pricing.

• Experience working in an international context and within a multi-entity structure is advantageous.

• Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with SAP is a plus.

• Knowledge of reporting tools, such as Power BI, is beneficial.

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and French is required.

• Capacity to perform detailed financial analysis and present insights on performance.

• Strong capabilities in financial leadership.

• Willingness to engage in various projects as needed.

• Ability to recommend improvements for operational and financial performance.
