This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Lead strategic initiatives from inception to execution for the finance super app.

• Assist with licensing, market entry, partner acquisition, office establishment, recruitment, and operational planning.

• Conduct thorough research on markets, competitors, regulations, partners, and business models.

• Transform founder-level concepts into organized plans, assigning ownership, timelines, and actionable steps.

• Collaborate with product, legal, compliance, finance, hiring, operations, and country teams.

• Create trackers, briefs, memos, operational documents, and execution schedules.

• Take ownership of pressing business challenges until resolution.

• Comfortable handling licensing, partnerships, operations, market analysis, and execution tasks.

• Quick-thinking, resourceful, and composed under pressure.

• Proficient in English communication with a structured thought process.

• Previous experience in startups, consulting, fintech, strategy, operations, investing, or founder-led settings is a significant advantage.
