Finance & Strategy Working Student (m/f/d)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conducting analyses and providing assistance for the month-end closing process.

• Assessing unit economics for each order, which includes evaluating contribution margin, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and overall contribution margin.

• Establishing a robust data framework to aid in financial decision-making.

• Assisting with invoicing, managing accounts receivable/accounts payable processes, and reconciling payments.

• Performing rapid ad-hoc analyses using Excel/Google Sheets for the founders and management team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current student, preferably in the 3rd to 4th semester, pursuing a degree in Business Administration (BWL), Economics (VWL), Business Informatics, (Business) Mathematics, or a related field, ideally with a concentration in Finance/Controlling.

• Some hands-on experience in Finance, Controlling, or Accounting is highly advantageous.

• Exceptional skills in Excel/Google Sheets, including proficiency in formulas and pivot tables.

• Familiarity with DATEV software is a plus.

• Strong analytical capabilities along with a systematic, meticulous, and highly accurate approach to work.

• Proactive attitude, critical thinking ability, and capacity to work independently.

• Proficient in German and competent in English.
