Finance Specialist – P2P & Accounting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assist in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and accounting operations.

• Ensure precise processing of invoices, month-end closing activities, and compliance requirements.

• Aid in month-end closing and financial reporting responsibilities.

• Uphold high standards of data integrity and documentation quality.

• Guarantee compliance with internal control frameworks.

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders across various countries and functions.

• Offer support during audits and regulatory procedures.

• Engage in ongoing process enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in P2P, Accounting, or Finance operations.

• Solid understanding of Polish accounting standards and fundamental German GAAP.

• Keen attention to detail and a strong emphasis on data accuracy.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel is essential).

• Familiarity with ERP systems (experience with SAP is advantageous).

• Methodical, organized, and proactive work approach.

• Excellent communication skills in an international setting.

• Team-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.

• Proficient in Polish with basic skills in German and English (reading and conversational level).
