FP&A Analyst, English Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Manage the monthly reporting cycle by inputting actuals into Pigment and generating the Corporate Reporting pack.

• Take ownership of the forecasting process related to ARR and EBITDA projections.

• Maintain the reporting calendar and ensure the team adheres to the schedule.

• Reconcile the P&L and SaaS KPIs prior to reporting.

• Examine discrepancies and highlight any incorrect figures.

• Keep the planning and reporting data current.

• Create monthly investor packs for two private equity stakeholders.

• Provide KPI commentary for management reports, business reviews, and town hall meetings.

• Conduct variance analysis and transform findings into actionable insights.

• Execute recurring analysis on ARR, retention, and unit economics.

• Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Operations, Marketing, Finance, Product, Customer Success, and other business units on forecasts and analyses.

• Enhance AI skills, routines, and agents responsible for generating the reporting pack.

• Resolve issues with reporting automation.

• Eliminate any remaining manual processes in the reporting cycle.

• Develop automated data-quality checks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Up to three years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, audit, transaction services, or business analytics; a solid internship is considered valuable.

• A degree in finance, economics, business, engineering, mathematics, or another quantitatively focused discipline.

• Proficient spreadsheet skills, including a clear and logical structure.

• Capability to meet strict deadlines.

• Fluent in both written and spoken English.

• A keen interest in AI tools and a willingness to utilize and enhance them.
