• Serve as the main contact for financial inquiries, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in every interaction.

• Examine intricate account queries related to banking, investments, or financial transactions, providing effective solutions.

• Uphold high standards of security and compliance in accordance with international financial regulations.

• Offer technical and functional support for financial digital platforms, guaranteeing a smooth user experience.

• Accurately document all client interactions within the CRM to assist with ongoing financial relationship management.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address escalated financial issues while adhering to the firm's service-level agreements.

• Participate in continuous professional development related to financial trends and industry-specific software tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fluent German (both spoken and written) is essential.

• A valid EU passport is required to qualify for these German-speaking positions in Greece.
