Finance Specialist – CFA, ACA, ACCA, CPA Required

📋 Description

• Collaborate with research and engineering teams to enhance AI models' comprehension of financial concepts, analysis, and decision-making processes.

• Craft realistic, domain-specific finance tasks and devise accurate, well-justified reference solutions that adhere to industry best practices.

• Assess AI-generated outputs using structured evaluation frameworks, offering comprehensive written feedback on accuracy, reasoning, and financial judgment.

• Develop, refine, and sustain scoring rubrics and evaluation criteria for finance-related tasks.

• Work alongside other subject matter experts to ensure consistency, quality, and reliability across training datasets.

• Assist in identifying knowledge gaps and propose enhancements to boost AI performance in finance-related applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in one or more of the following fields:

• - Investment Banking

• - Asset Management

• - Corporate Finance

• - Accounting & Audit

• - Corporate Treasury

• - Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• - Professional certification is required:

• - CFA

• - ACA

• - ACCA

• - CPA

• - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial reasoning abilities.

• - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• - Availability to commit at least 10 hours per week during weekdays.

• - Experience in translating complex financial concepts into clear, structured explanations.

• Background in developing financial models, valuation analyses, budgeting, forecasting, or investment research.

• Familiarity with financial reporting standards, regulatory frameworks, and corporate financial analysis.

• Previous experience in reviewing technical work, creating documentation, or developing evaluation frameworks.

• Interest in AI, data quality, or emerging technologies is an advantage.
