📋 Description

• Collaborate with research and engineering teams to enhance AI models' comprehension of financial reasoning, analysis, and decision-making.

• Create complex, real-world finance tasks that encompass a wide array of financial concepts and business scenarios.

• Construct precise and well-reasoned reference solutions guided by industry best practices and professional knowledge.

• Assess AI-generated outputs using structured scoring rubrics, delivering comprehensive written feedback on technical precision, reasoning quality, and financial judgment.

• Develop and refine evaluation frameworks, quality standards, and scoring guidelines related to finance tasks.

• Work alongside other subject matter experts to guarantee consistency, reliability, and the provision of high-quality training data.

• Assist in identifying knowledge gaps and suggesting enhancements that improve AI performance across various finance use cases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of professional experience in finance, including one or more of the following domains:

• - Investment Banking

• - Asset Management

• - Corporate Finance

• - Financial Advisory

• - Experience acquired at a reputable, high-performing financial institution, consulting firm, or equivalent organization.

• - Essential: Prior hands-on experience in evaluating LLM/AI model outputs utilizing structured rubrics or scoring frameworks. Candidates should explicitly detail this experience in their application.

• - Proven career advancement through increasing levels of responsibility.

• - Capability to commit to at least 35 hours per week during weekdays.

• - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial reasoning capabilities.

• - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Preferred Qualifications

• - Background in developing financial models, valuation analyses, investment recommendations, or strategic financial planning.

• - Knowledge of AI evaluation methodologies, human-in-the-loop review processes, or data quality initiatives.

• - Experience in designing evaluation frameworks, quality assurance processes, or structured review systems.

• - Experience mentoring analysts, reviewing complex financial projects, or leading cross-functional initiatives.
