Finance Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with leadership to create and sustain both short- and long-term financial forecasts, encompassing P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet projections.

• Develop and uphold financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.

• Establish and maintain processes for refreshing corporate forecasts and cash projections.

• Track the near-term cash position against forecasts and deliver actionable insights for cash management.

• Evaluate financial outcomes against budget and forecast, providing explanations for variances.

• Prepare financial documents and KPIs for monthly management reviews, updates for leadership, and board meetings.

• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Revenue Operations, and other teams to deliver financial insights.

• Convert financial data into actionable insights for stakeholders without a financial background.

• Contribute to the implementation and enhancement of financial tools, systems, and reporting capabilities.

• Report to the Finance Lead and work closely with the COO.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, FP&A, or similar fields.

• Experience in fast-paced settings (experience in startups or expanding companies is a plus).

• Strong grasp of financial statements, forecasting, and cash management.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to clearly communicate insights.

• High attention to detail, an ownership mindset, and capability to work hands-on.

• Comfortable collaborating across functions and directly engaging with senior leadership.

• Must reside in Buenos Aires.

• Proficiency in advanced English is required.
