Finance Operations & Strategy Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Address significant challenges in finance, operations, strategy, and go-to-market (GTM) approaches.

• Take full ownership of strategic projects: analyze, propose solutions, and implement actions.

• Contribute to organizational development through financial modeling, strategic planning, organizational structure, and compensation frameworks.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and marketing.

• Establish scalable processes and systems to accommodate growth.

• Create presentations and reports for the board, investors, and executive leadership.

• Develop Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) models, optimize payroll operations, and collaborate with founders on GTM strategies.
