Finance Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Financial processing: You will oversee credit notes, cancellations, and invoice adjustments, collaborating closely on both accounts receivable and accounts payable matters.

• System quality assurance: You serve as the main point of contact for ensuring data quality and accuracy within our IT system — your role involves reviewing, maintaining, and keeping the data pristine.

• Returns management: You will coordinate the entire returns process and guarantee seamless execution.

• Damage and complaints handling: You will manage damage incidents and customer complaints in a structured and solution-focused manner.

• Supplier communication: You will work closely with our suppliers and take the initiative to resolve outstanding issues independently.

• Process optimization: You will identify bottlenecks and recommend enhancements rather than simply responding to problems.

• Completed commercial/business training or equivalent hands-on experience.

• Professional experience in commercial administration, accounting, returns, or complaints management.

• Proficient user of ERP/inventory management systems with a keen eye for data quality.

• A structured and methodical approach to work, coupled with the capacity to maintain a broader perspective.

• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with suppliers and internal teams.

• Self-motivated with the ability to organize your work autonomously in a remote environment.

• Preferred: Experience in e-commerce or trading automotive parts.
