Finance Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assess weekly cash needs (Opex, Payroll, Marketing, Inventory) and deliver data-driven insights to aid leadership in cash planning decisions.

• Evaluate weekly A/P, establish payment timing based on urgency and cash availability, and oversee the complete payment cycle for both domestic and international suppliers.

• Create, document, and sustain Finance SOPs (A/P workflows, payroll procedures, tax calendars) to ensure the department is prepared for audits.

• Oversee the payroll process using Gusto, including reimbursements, state-specific compliance, and benefit deductions.

• Support lending facility reporting (borrowing base, inventory aging) and collaborate with external CPAs for tax submissions and year-end closing.

⛳️ Requirements

• A comprehensive understanding of cash flow principles and forecasting for a physical-product/inventory brand.

• Robust, hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or Xero).

• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in finance or accounting operations (E-commerce/DTC experience is a significant advantage).

• Demonstrated ability to create and document financial processes from the ground up.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting financial statements and aging reports.
