Finance, Operations Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Aday is seeking a motivated individual to assist in leading various finance and operational workstreams.

• During this internship, you will play a vital role in establishing a comprehensive and precise cost tracking system, forecasting projections at the SKU level, and participating in the implementation of financial reporting software, along with other diverse projects.

• You will have the chance to take charge of certain aspects of the projects and make a significant contribution to developing processes that will be utilized by the Aday team for years to come.

⛳️ Requirements

• The ideal candidate possesses an analytical mindset, having completed some prior internship or work experience in a quantitative capacity.

• Your attention to detail is exceptional, and you are adept at spotting discrepancies or anomalies.

• While we do not expect you to have all the answers, we do look for someone who is open-minded, adaptable, and eager to learn.

• We welcome candidates of varying experience levels and seniorities, provided they have excellent analytical skills, strong proficiency in Excel, and a genuine enthusiasm for being part of a mission-driven team focused on creating a better wardrobe.

• Additionally, we value individuals who are proactive and willing to share their ideas!

• Basic proficiency in accounting.

• Previous experience in a quantitative role.

• Bonus points for those within a graduate degree program in Finance, Math, Accounting, or a related field (or those planning to enroll in a graduate program in the fall).
