This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Billing Responsibility: Oversee SaaS and ancillary billing processes, ensuring data validation and cross-system reconciliations are accurate.

• Operational Metrics Reporting: Take ownership of reporting and analyzing essential operational metrics, including total bookings.

• System Stabilization and Improvement: Assist in stabilizing our newly deployed accounting software by identifying root causes and resolving system issues. Lead and implement significant functional and reporting enhancements within the new accounting platform.

• Process Improvement: Enhance and streamline billing workflows and system reconciliations by collaborating with teams across Product Engineering, Operations, and Sales.

• Automated Reporting: Develop and improve operational metrics reporting and analysis through automation using BI tools and/or AI applications.

• Commissions Oversight: Manage the complete sales commission calculation and reconciliation process.

• Special Initiatives: Lead ad-hoc projects and evolving assignments as business needs grow.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Finance Operations, Revenue Operations, Order-to-Cash, Billing Operations, Finance Transformation, Financial Systems, Business Systems, or a related field.

• Practical experience with the full Order-to-Cash process, preferably in a SaaS subscription environment.

• Proven ability to investigate discrepancies, validate data, and reconcile information from various sources or systems.

• Familiarity with business software ecosystems, including accounting software, CRMs, operational platforms, and databases.

• Experience in improving, documenting, or automating operational workflows.

• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong dedication to data accuracy and completeness.

• Advanced skills in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or both, including experience with complex datasets, formulas, and reconciliations.

• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize competing demands, and function effectively in a dynamic environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to collaborate effectively across Finance, Sales, Operations, Product, and Engineering.
