Finance Operations Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily gaming operations, ensuring optimal game performance and system functionality.

• Aid in the management of customer accounts, encompassing account verification and basic issue resolution.

• Identify and report suspicious activities in line with responsible gaming and fraud prevention protocols.

• Assist with the setup of bonuses, promotions, and the execution of marketing campaigns.

• Generate daily operational and performance reports.

• Collaborate with customer support, payments, risk, and technical teams to address operational challenges.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.

• Contribute to game content updates and manage back-office systems.

• Support incident reporting and maintain documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of SPM qualification; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills in both English and Bahasa are essential; proficiency in Chinese is a bonus.

• 0–2 years of experience in operations, customer support, or online platforms (experience in gaming is advantageous).

• Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset.

• Solid understanding of online platforms and basic technical systems.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
