Finance Manager – Real Estate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Compile monthly management accounts, financial reports, and analyses for real estate operations and investment activities.

• Oversee accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and reviews of financial transactions.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and the financial planning process.

• Deliver financial analysis on property performance, operational results, and investment activities.

• Ensure accurate financial reporting across various entities, properties, and business units.

• Guarantee adherence to internal financial controls and aid in fulfilling audit requirements.

• Utilize knowledge of UK accounting standards and reporting obligations to ensure precise and compliant financial reporting.

• Partner with asset management, operations, and leadership teams to offer timely financial insights.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance finance processes, improve reporting efficiency, and boost operational performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial management roles.

• Demonstrated experience in supporting real estate, residential property portfolios, real estate investments, property management, or asset management firms.

• Strong background in management accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Experience in managing financial reporting and consolidations for multiple entities.

• Knowledge of UK accounting practices and reporting requirements.

• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and compliance procedures.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting software.

• Excellent analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

• Capability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
