Finance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

• Generate precise monthly management accounts, cash flow forecasts, and variance analyses.

• Direct the annual budgeting process and assist with quarterly reforecasting activities.

• Oversee and nurture the finance team to ensure precision and adherence to deadlines.

• Guarantee complete compliance with financial reporting standards, tax duties, and internal controls.

• Collaborate with senior leadership on financial strategies, investment choices, and cost management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in finance management or as a financial controller.

• Qualified accountant with ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or CA(SA) credentials.

• Strong understanding of IFRS or UK GAAP and VAT reporting requirements.

• Skilled in accounting software such as Xero, Sage, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
